About Ascendare Advisory
Ascendare Advisory ("Ascendare," "we," "us," or "our") is a capability architecture firm. We help businesses design, structure, and build optimal operational capabilities — determining what to build internally, what technology to adopt, and what to delegate to external partners.
We are not recruiters, IT integrators, or traditional management consultants. Our engagements are outcome-based and focused on long-term capability design.
